The Adelaide Fringe

Thirty-one magical days in summer--that's what Adelaide Fringe is all about! The festival transforms Adelaide and greater South Australia with events that span from Whyalla to Naracoorte.

'The People's Festival' is an event that people of all demographics and age ranges can enjoy. This also includes the immense variety of artists and venues that are central to Adelaide Fringe 2023.

With over 6000 independent artists and 300 venues participating, Fringe Adelaide festival offers an array of events, including comedy, theatre, circus acts, cabaret shows, visual arts displays, musical performances--and even some eating and drinking attractions thrown in. This year's festival will feature a diverse lineup, with more than 40% of the participants coming from out-of-state or other countries.
