Northwest Terror Fest

It is thrilling to announce Northwest Terror Fest's return to Neumos and Barboza in Seattle in 2023! It was humbling after experiencing the unfettered jubilance from attendees and musicians at the 2022 edition in July last year. With that same enthusiasm in mind, this festival has arranged a lineup of bands for which fans have been clamoring and some familiar faces from previous years.

The Northwest Terror Festival is devoted to being the most comprehensive and accessible metal festival in America, with a lineup that reflects the broadening variety of metal music. The aims are to honor Washington and Oregon's great traditions of doom and black metal, salute death metal's present-day resurgence, and provide an extensive selection of exciting surprises - many for the first time playing here in Washington!

Get ready for an underground extreme metal experience like no other on May 25th! This year's lineup is headlined by Autopsy, a pioneering band in death metal, and YOB, sludge-doom heroes. Additionally, those attending will have access to exclusive performances from Ghoul, the mysterious masked ensemble. Misery Index, the genre's veteran. Necrot, the revivalist of old-school death metal. Conan, the doom/sludge act, and Impaled, death metal stalwarts. Don't miss out on this epic event!

The festival will also feature many underground extreme metal acts from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, such as Horrendous, Fetid, Torture Rack, and Draghkar. Also, Wormrot—the Singapore grindcore band renowned for their fourth album Hiss released this year to unanimous praise—will be headlining with an exclusive Oregon/Washington performance!
