Holi Festival Of Colours Berlin

After being awestruck by a Holi festival in India, one of the founders of 'Holi Festivals Of Colours' had the inspired notion of bringing this vibrant celebration to Europe for the first time.

The first Holi Festival of Colours debuted in 2012 and has since spread to more than 20 cities. On August 26th, 2023, the festival will come full circle when it returns to Berlin! National and international DJs will be spinning their beats throughout the night while lightening up everyone's moods with high-energy electro-minimal house music. Every hour is marked by a "Big Throw," where all attendees throw colored powder into the air, which creates an entirely jaw-dropping view filled with vibrant colors that resemble a rainbow!

Every year, the people of India commemorate the beginning of spring with an ancient tradition - the Holi Festival. This celebration is marked by throwing colorful powder, Gulal, into the sky to rejoice in its symbolic victory over evil and entrance for a new season. Although Holi's "Festival Of Colours" in Germany may not carry as much spiritual meaning as that of India's original version, it does equally feature just as much playfulness and enthusiasm!
