The Roots Picnic, hosted by the iconic hip hop group The Roots and executive produced by Shawn Gee - their co-founder and manager - is an annual music gathering held in Philadelphia at Fairmount Park's Mann. Drawing crowds since its inauguration on June 7th, 2008, it has become a staple of culture for Philadelphians!
The Roots Picnic festival is usually a single-day event, but in 2012 it was extended to two days and again expanded in 2022. Additionally, an additional festivity occurred outside of Philadelphia four years ago. So, enough with all the talk. Are you ready to have a blast at The Roots Picnic 2023?
