An independent, non-profit association that operates without political or religious interference runs a Sweden rock festival, Kristianstad Rockfest. In 2016, the association intended to bring back the essence of Tivolirock and give Kristianstad something special. This endeavor proved fruitful with the inauguration of Kristianstad Rockfest in 2017, an event that was an overwhelming success!
