Last year, the festival was held for the first time at the Osaka Castle Outdoor Music Hall. The annual festival of young people, Hangeki Fes, will be held at the same venue for the second consecutive year! For the 2023 edition, Hangeki Festival is back again with fresh ideas to engage younger generations struggling with anxiety and dissatisfaction to face a future full of courage!
