Festival de Verão Salvador

Bahia Eventos, the entertainment arm of Rede Bahia, launched the first edition of the Festival de Verão Salvador (FV) in commemoration of the 450th anniversary of its capital. Initially lasting five days from its inception until 2006, the FV was shortened to four-day durations from 2007 through 2014 and even further down to two days in 2016.

Since 1999, the Festival de Verão Salvador has been building its legendary status, and this year it's about time for your own story to take the stage! Celebrated by many, this renowned festival has drawn national and international stars alike. Known as one of the most important musical events in Brazil during summertime, it typically occurs between January's final week and February's first. The festival is celebrated for its remarkable diversity; a range of genres and generations are expected from both Brazilian and foreign artists! And this year's edition, this event is in full steam ahead once again!
