Afrikanisches Kulturfest

This June 30th through July 2nd, 2023, marks the 16th year of Afrikanisches Kulturfest in Rebstockpark/corner of Römerhof. As in years past, this festival will continue to serve as a platform for cultures worldwide to connect and form bonds with one another. For the first time, Afrikanisches Kulturfest will present African Fashion Days - an opportunity to learn about and appreciate African know-how and fashion! This festival is an event to break down prejudices and celebrate global cultures!

Afrikanisches Kulturfest will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Organization of African Unity through its event. This festival provides a unified platform for all individuals who wish to unite and strive towards creating a more equitable society. Join forces to build a brighter future through unity and understanding!

Afrikanisches Kulturfest is a celebration of cultural history and an opportunity to indulge in culinary gastronomy and fashion shows. There's a fun children's program filled with activities for the little ones, while adults can enjoy music from national and international live acts like Afrobeats, Reggae, Hip-Hop, or Salsa.
